(But responder shouldn&#8217;t pass with 9+ HCP)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">o\u00a0\u00a0 Bidding a\u00a0<em>new<\/em>\u00a0higher-ranking suit is a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">reverse<\/span>.
